Our wedding was magical and despite some pretty wild weather looming, the day was perfect! Debbie was recommended by a close friend of ours so we decided to meet with Debbie and talk about our wedding plans. It didn’t take us long to agree that Debbie was the celebrant for us. She was incredibly understanding and caring of the way she worked with us. I was a bundle of nerves, but with Debbie’s patience and care she soon made it clear that our day was going to be amazing! Keeping in touch with both of us via email and phone, we were confident we were in capable hands. Debbie told our love story so beautifully, and we can’t thank her enough. We had such a lovely day and that was in large due to the atmosphere you created. In the build-up it was a wonderful opportunity to really reflect on the life we are building together, the experiences we have shared and the marriage we want for ourselves. In what was a pretty stressful couple of days before the wedding, your kindness and calm were just what I needed.

Walking into the ceremony, seeing everyone's faces full of happiness for us took away any nerves. You did that, created a loving, joyful atmosphere. So many people said what an amazing job you did welcoming everybody and sharing our intentions for the day. Your consideration for my kids and for Pete touched my heart. As you know, I was so worried about the kids and how they would feel. You just enveloped them with kindness and understanding. And on top of all that your humour made the whole ceremony feel so intimate, a celebration of love and friendship and family.

Thanks Debbie for everything. You have found your calling and I feel so lucky that we had you as our celebrant. We had an amazing day, and you are an amazing person.

The more we talk about it, the more we agree that we couldn't have picked a better person to marry us. Everything about our ceremony was perfect and we wouldn't change a single thing! The words you put together, and how you delivered it was so perfect for us and we will be forever grateful to you.

Debbie was an amazing celebrant - as nervous as we were standing up in front of our friends and family, she kept us calm and made us smile throughout the whole ceremony. Leading up to the wedding, she helped ensure that the vibe of the ceremony was to our liking and made it personable by incorporating some of our own stories. Debbie was a dream to work with, she made the experience enjoyable and relaxed during what could otherwise be a stressful time. We highly recommend Debbie as a wedding celebrant.
